The Bulgarian Innovation Hub (BIH) has just opened the application window for the spring edition of its Growth Accelerator Programme, which this year will take place between 8 and 26 April:

BIH's mission is to catalyze growth and facilitate the entry of high-potential startups from Bulgaria and Southeast Europe into the U.S. market. The organization is dedicated to showcasing the region as a hub of technological innovation to the U.S. investor community.

The programme serves as a gateway for BIH's continued engagement with promising startups from the region, fostering a two-way connection between the Silicon Valley and SEE/CEE entrepreneurial ecosystems. The accelerator provides startups with a local ally, offering market insights, network access, a unique community, access to investment support, and insights into the Silicon Valley business culture and dynamics.

The Growth Accelerator is a hybrid, intensive program lasting up to three weeks. It's designed for high-impact entrepreneurs who are open to learning and paying it forward. The program is primarily intended for companies that have already received funding or have a customer base, aiming to improve their solutions and grow their business on a global scale. 

The Spring 2024 edition will take place between 8 and 26th of April:

• week 8 - 12th April - online on Zoom
• week 15 - 19th April - live in-person in San Francisco 
• week 22 - 26th April - online in Zoom

The Value for Startups:

•  An equity-free Go-To-Market accelerator program, led by seasoned Silicon Valley professionals, serial entrepreneurs and investors
•  A three-week curriculum, conducted both online and in-person in San Francisco
• 20+ workshops, covering a wide range of topics including: honing investor and customer pitch; product-market fit and product demo; value creation; fundraising: founder vs investor perspective; sales and marketing; cap tables and financial strategy, visionary leadership, exit strategies, and much more
• Access to an extensive network of BIH investors, mentors, and partners
• Partner and customer introductions
•  An exclusive community and resources, including legal, accounting, recruiting, and tax advice.

The growth program participation fee is USD 5,000 for two members from each startup.

At the culmination of the programme, each participating company will have the chance to present their investor pitch at a Demo Night in San Francisco, attended by a distinguished audience including investors, venture capitalists, BIH supporters, and partners.
