The sole owner of the capital of the Fund of Funds was changed by Order of the Council of Ministers No 2 of 16.02.2022. “Fund Manager of Financial Instruments in Bulgaria” JSC (FMFIB JSC) is moved from the Ministry of Finance to the Ministry of Innovation and Growth, and the Minister for Innovation and Growth is appointed to perform the role of sole owner of the Company’s capital.
